Details of Construction Management

As part of a comprehensive Construction Management contract, we will formulate and administer a comprehensive management plan that oversees each consultant, contractor, supplier, and vendor in the performance of their obligations.

Develop & supervise quality assurance & quality control plans

Review & verify monetary claims

Phase Outcome

Project packages are awarded, and awardees can commence detailed design and pre-construction works, while all oversight on quality and durations are ensured by the Construction Management contract.
